I find I benefit greatly from a well defined schedule. I'm pretty
consistent, but of course life will always get in the way of any routine. I
don't always wake up exactly at 6, I definitely don't always stop working
exactly at 5, and I am often unable to put a book down exactly at 10. I
believe a routine should help build good habits but not run your life.

Weekends
I think it's important on weekends to escape my routine and allow myself to
have a little more flexibility. I still exercise, read, work, and toy around
with side projects (like this website!) on the weekends, but I also make
sure to set aside time for hanging out with friends.
